Excellent hotel. Nice and clean room. Great value for money. Excellent location near Globe weatherspoons. They had a nice surprise for our anniversary, some walnut cakes with a lovely note. 10/10. Highly recommended and would definitely come back.

Best Western George Hotel
Food in the restaurant was really good. Staff were really good and friendly. Beds are hard. And bedrooms outdated. Shower was very poor flowing

The self serve check in machines x 2 were not working. No one the front desk, asked the lady managing the bar she said she would be there in a bit, but in the meantime continued to serve new people coming up to the bar, cleaned multiple tables all the time whilst I was waiting just to check in. Nice area nice place rooms were ok warm when we turned on heating rooms could do with bit more attention in areas but was ok for what we needed ideal place for couples who want to be in that area
