Dirty sheets when we arrived and took too long for the front desk to bring new ones. We were exhausted and just wanted to go to bed. instead had to wait and called numerous times to get new sheets, and finally we remade the bed ourselves when the new she's arrived.

Overall the room was ok. It was clean. One bed was very comfortable and the other bed felt like it was old and cheap. It was like a rock and squeaked every time you moved. We had two hotel rooms and both rooms had the same issues with the beds. Like they couldn’t afford to replace both beds in the room. In our room when you had a shower the shower made the worst high pitched sound I have ever heard so you hurried as you couldn’t stand listening to it. My children did enjoy the pool and waterslide but the hot tub could use some work as it was missing multiple tiles but the swim room was clean and they had
