We had an early flight so arrived before the rooms are normally ready. We were greeted with a refreshing drink and cool flannel. There was no waiting at the desk we just sat and relaxed whilst they sorted everything. We were given a slip with our room number and a link to the hotel app so that we could go and have lunch. They took a phone number so that they could let us know the minute our room was ready....
