"This hotel stay was terrible. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm when we arrived at 3:30 we were asked to come back in a half an hour because the room was still being cleaned. We came back 30 minutes later and went to take a shower there were dirty wash clothes and towels in the room and it very clearly had not been cleaned. When I went to the front desk, they offered me a 10% discount. When i went to check out they claimed to have no idea what I was talking about but told me they would talk...
