eveerything about this hotel is excellent but in particular was the kindness and caring of all the staff unfortunetly i was quite poorly for the week i was in hua hin the concern the staff showed me was above and beyond especially the hotel maids checking on me through the day thank you so much for making a bad situation so bearable i will never forget your kindness thank you so much i would not hesitate to stay here again and thoroughly recommend this hotel

Basic is ok sometimes but this was very very basic. No fridge, kettle, cutlery. Everything in the bathroom leaked and kept us awake. The parking lot was a pile of stones.
