"The beds were extremely uncomfortable. It looked nice in pictures but seemed like cheap IKEA furniture. I would’ve slept on the couch but there were no curtains to block out the sun light in the morning. If you were planning on using the kitchen it had very minimal utensils. I would not have been able to stay past the 2 days. I did enjoy having the 2 bathrooms. "

"Lovely apartment with easy check-in. Did require photo ID and a deposit, however refunded pretty quickly after check-out. Otherwise had a pleasant stay in a modern, clean, thoughtful place. "

The service was good, but we did have problems being directed to the correct lift for our room and we were asked to return to reception whilst our room was double-checked (after having made out way to it with luggage in tow."

The smaller bedroom is quite small, with no place other than under the bed to store your suitcase (unless you want to hang things in the wardrobe). The main washroom is a tub with a high edge to climb over with no safety bars. Entry was easy and there was parking if you're driving."

"Service was excellent as was the bar. We were there July 11 and 12 and still felt safe and the parade went right by the hotel. Hotel staff did their best to book last minute Black Taxi tour despite it being late afternoon on the 11th. "

Great hotel

"Beds could be more comfortable but that’s a preference. Excellent central location and parking was handy tho slightly expensive compared to what we are used to but that’s Belfast prices not the hotels fault. Rooms were lovely and clean tho tv only had four channels which was disappointing as we had a child with us "

Such a comfy bed

"Lovely hotel in a convenient place if you don’t mind a bit of a walk. Parking is expensive but it suited us well for our stay to just forget the car in a safe place. I could be really picky about tiny details like the stupid position of the soap over the bath and the height of the shaving mirror but generally it is excellent. Helpful, friendly staff and we really enjoyed the food at both breakfast and dinner. "
