"Staffs at reception were so welcoming. Luxurious, comfortable bed and bedding helped me to have sound sleep. Bed was so comfortable. Generously spacious room enable me to relax. I had very satisfied experience. "

"Nice quiet aprthotel but no toiletries at all, Bed hard and room very small, living room OK but sofa very hard too. Very old it looks, and definitely not updated. Bath towels smaller then usual hotels hand towels. "

"집 공사로 인해 하루 숙박할 곳이 필요하여 묵었습니다. 다른 지역에 있는 신라스테이에 숙박했을 때도 매우 만족스러웠는데, 천안 신라스테이도 역시 좋네요. 조식도 맛있었고, 중식은 50% 할인 혜택이 있어 이용해봤는데, 기대 이상으로 훌륭했습니다. 전체적으로 복잡하거나 시끄럽지 않아 조용하게 쉴 수 있었던 점도 인상 깊었어요. 객실 상태도 매우 청결했고, 3시 체크아웃이 가능해서 여유롭게 일을 하면서 쉬다가 체크아웃할 수 있어 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 지인이 천안에 머물거나 또 숙박할 곳이 필요하다면 적극 추천하겠습니다."

"This was a very convenient stay for my work location south of Seoul. The small apartment had everything one needs, including laundry detergent for the washing machine. So this was a big plus. The communication with hosts was fairly easy and they were prompt with my request to bring more coffee pods. One major minus was the plastic mattress cover. If I may suggest to the host - please replace the cheap plastic one with more expesnive and comfortable cloth cover. I will definitely stay again - it is a very good value!"
