Went for lunch on our first day in the lobby 'bar'. Ordered, waited 20 minutes and then was told later our order was out of stock. Same thing ...

The position is good for us. We're a big family, the washing machine is very important, also the cooking facilities. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There's a coffee shop in the lobby, petty good coffee.
