“Without a doubt this hotel is a credit to its owners. The location is superb and the hotel itself is of a very high standard. However, we had a problem with a meal that I feel was not dealt with in a way that matched the standard of the hotel. Two pieces of plastic were found in the mix of a fish pie that one of my party was eating. Despite dealing with this very discreetly in a very packed bar full of holidaymakers we were not reimbursed nor thanked for our understanding. One week...
