"This was the perfect location for easy access to boat trips out to swim with the whale sharks. This was our sole reason for going to Donsol, and we weren't disappointed. It was a magical experience!"

"The pool was dirty, the beach was covered in garbage. The room smelled bad and there were ants on the bed. We booked the room then decided to leave. Lost the cost of the room but didnt sleep with the ants. Went to the resort next door instead"

"Over-all it was bang for the buck. Property is clean and has a stable internet, we got all we need. Owner is accommodating and nice. Only downside is no back up power source if there is a power interruption or black out."

The experience was amazing. Feb 2019. We were privileged to swim next to 6 whale sharks. The staff at Elysia Beach Resort were absolutely wonderful. Our family had a personal guide, Marifa, who was the BEST ever. She arranged for us to do everything

If you’re going to see the whale sharks do not come in January. Locals recommend March- April.

If you are getting a van to Donsol, just ask the driver to drop you off at Vitton Resort - . It will cost you only PHP 25 extra. Rooms are basic, and there’s no sound proofing. Updating is needed The staff are very nice and helpful.
