“Exceptional staff and property. Food was some of the best I had in Ireland.”

“Temp control didn't work properly and room was cold. They gave us a heater and then we never heard anything about maintenance coming to fix it. An electric (?) covering in the bathroom ceiling kept falling open. A false backing in the wardrobe hiding electrical equipment kept falling onto the shelving. The bathroom flooded around the toilet in the middle of the night (but only once).”

“Staff were very friendly and attentive. Rating a 4 star because there is no elevator, nor a hair dryer in our room. They did offer to take all of our things upstairs for us before we finished checking in. Room was very clean and comfortable, precisely what we were seeking in our price range.”

“5성급 호텔임에도 시설 낙후되고 3성갑 수준임”

“Nice place, great restaurant, good location.”

“This is an excellent boutique style hotel. The rooms are well appointed and a good size with really comfortable beds. The staff is excellent and even helped us to sort out some options for travelling to our next destination. Breakfast was excellent. Our only regret was that they were only and availability for one night and not 2.”

“There was a university gala and they were located in the reception. Not ideal for people checking in.”

“약간 후미진 골목임. 샤워부스는 막히고 찬물수도꼭지는 망가져서 나오지도않음. 거기다 새벽4시에 옆방문을 두드리며 깨우는 소리에 나도 깨버림. 아침식사는 괜찮음 내가 먹고픈거만 골라서 얘기하면 그대로 만들어줌.”

“매우 깨끗함. 아침식사 매우 만족함. 주변 환경 깨끗함”

“Charming historical feeling, excellent bed and pillows !!”

“The location was ideal for the airport, however if you didn’t have a car it was isolated. The restaurant was ok, however I would have preferred more options. The staff was very attentive and helpful.”
