"Temp control didn't work properly and room was cold. They gave us a heater and then we never heard anything about maintenance coming to fix it. An electric (?) covering in the bathroom ceiling kept falling open. A false backing in the wardrobe hiding electrical equipment kept falling onto the shelving. ..."
