"We had such a great stay at Urban! Very central, so not very far to different places by using yandex/taxi. The staff were brilliant and when we arrived exhausted at 9 am to put our bags in storage before the check-in at 2 they actually let us check in early and got us a room! The room was very nice and comfortable (could have been more sockets), and all in all it was a great time."

Service was amazing, front desk were super kind and attentive and spoke English well. they also provide amenities if you call them and ask like toothbrush/extra water bottles. The rooms are a bit outdated but everything was super clean and it’s a good spot to stay at as your home base while exploring Bishkek and the surrounding areas. "
