“Breakfast was wonderful.The room was comfortable and clean.The Staff was very helpful and friendly.”

“Staff were rude and unfriendly. Poorly maintained, handicapped accessible door was blocked by orange cones, had to go to the door on the other side not handicap friendly had a large curb type step up. The air conditioning worked well but it was very hot that day and when we walked in the room it was burning hot in the room. Safety latch on the door was broken. We got to the breakfast area about 20 minutes before closing and everything very picked over and had not been restocked.”

“Spider webs stains in curtains water in tub wouldn't completely shut off. No continental breakfast. Smelled stale and old. Wall paper pealing. Outside looked terrible and un inviting. Back hurts from the bed almost 36 hrs later. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone... personally would like a full refund..”

“Arrived and the attendant said baggage had to be carried downstairs to get at room. No one to help. No wash cloths available for all 4 days, no on site ice machine working, ac had mold in it, I asked for new bedding because it was dirty when I arrived and he said they didn’t have any, breakfast was supposed to be 5-8 and consisted of one open back of little Debbie donuts spread across service bin, no coffee or anything else. The lady at desk said if I’d like something else Caseys was open...

“Breakfast was fair. Parking was very sketchy. The room curtains were stained as well as the sheets on one bed. The tub did not drain well during the shower which left you standing in water”

“The room I was assigned was in what I guess a pet friendly floor(4th) As soon as the elevetor doors open I was hit in the face with the most potent and unavoidable cat urine/feces smell possible. I thought it was just that so I proceded to my room hoping it will be better. Welp, the smell was apparently coming from the AC or my room was used as a litter box. There is no way around that and I won't ever be back.”

“Great Location worked out great for us. The room was nice. The bed hard and uncomfortable. It's a noisy hotel. Lots of neighbor room noise.”

“Pool and hot tub were shut down for summer which is a shame …. view from room was lovely and the patios outside the room were nice for taking in the river view.”

“Best lodging I had on my 10-day trip. And lowest price. Only one issue. The room had the newer low-profile Eljer toilet which is too low. I can’t sit on it without getting my bottom wet.”
