โIt's better than expectation. All staffs were kind and have good attitude. They are real hoteliers. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the restaurant was also great and host was very kind. Not hard to walk to hotel. It's very close to Taxsim Square, takes only about 5 minutes by walking.โ

Faulty shower was quickly attended to for an interim fix with a permanent fix scheduled for the following day.
The ONLY downside was the window which I think might need sealing redone to eliminate noise.
Kettle, coffee and water provided. Slippers also.
Lots of different lights for the room which is nice for ambience and winding down.

โMy colleague worried it would be noisy because it is located near Taksim square. But my room was so quite and nice. The location was also good.
Especially Dilan, the receptionist was very kind. She remembered my name and say hello and made small talks whenever we meet.โ

The hospitality of the reception gives the traveler a pleasant memory.The building that was just built was clean, and the new air conditioner and room size were better than the luxury hotel. Taksim Square is a 4 minute walk away and the market is nearby so you can buy cheap fruit easily. I will visit again next year when going to Istanbulโ
