A good central location with parking and friendly staff. Two reservations. First the double room was very small indeed, with no a/c and the conversion had left low ceilings and small windows. We were much too hot. Second the breakfast was only adequate. We weren’t late, but there was very little cooked food left, little fruit (which was over ripe) and nobody around to ask for more or to top up the platters. That was very disappointing and such food as there was left represented poor value and a poor start to a long days travelling.

Unfortunately, my shower did not work. Despite a complaint and an announcement that it would be repaired, it was not. As there was a bathtub, I could still wash myself.

Chambre d’hôtel très petite. À peine quelque centimètre entre le mur en face du lit, donc compliqué pour ce déplacer. Pas de chauffage à mon arrivée alors que nous sommes en plein mois de février! Compliqué de stationner dans le parking de l’hôtel qui est pris d’assaut. Le centre ville est à moins de 10min à pieds

Très bon accueil. Rien à dire sur la propreté. Petit déjeuner varié. Ces points positifs ne suffisent pas à compenser le négatif : Manque de serviettes. Chambre mansardée, petite, literie à revoir(le matelas). Lors de chaleur caniculaire, pensez vous qu'un simple ventilateur puisse aider à passer une bonne soirée et une nuit réparatrice ? Non.. Pour le prix, je m'attendais à nettement mieux. Vous devriez annoncer la couleur dans la description de votre hôtel : 3ème étage, mansardée, très petite et pas de clim. Vous l'avez compris, je ne prendrai plus de réservation dans cet hôtel.

Although i have both vaccinations, first in the uk followed by the second in Belgium with ample proof the girl on reception wouldn't accept it. I was condemned to my room for the whole stay. Not her fault i know but its also not my fault the cst app can't deal with a little complexity. Tragically i won't be visiting france again until this nonsense leaves us, if it ever does. Also be aware that building work outside the hotel makes it difficult to access the carpark. Hopefully they'll be finished soon.

Séjour agréable, je recommande !

Dès l’arrivée accès facile au parking de l’hôtel. Le personnel durant tout le séjour est à l’écoute et chaleureux. L’état de propreté de l’hôtel et en particulier de ma chambre : bien entretenu. Ce lieu est idéal pour se détendre et calme. Le centre-ville avec commerces et musées est à 5min à pieds. Défaut(s) : néon de salle de bain clignote parfois en allumant et tarif petit dej onéreux. Bilan : rapport qualité/prix intéressant

Logée au 3eme étage et après avoir demandé une chambre avec douche, j'ai une chambre avec baignoire, dans laquelle il est impossible de se tenir debout car très mansardée. On se cogne les épaules sans cesse dans la chambre avec les poutres.

Infrastructure à revoir

Les équipes sont très accueillantes et agréables, le petit déjeuner est bon. En ce qui concerne les infrastructures, je suis plutôt déçue de cet hôtel. Les chambres sont vraiment petites, si vous avez une chambre au dernier étage, la baignoire se trouve sous les toits. Comme il n'y a pas de rideau de douche, si vous prenez votre douche debout, vous inondez toute la salle de bain... L'hôtel est très mal insonorisé, on entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans le couloir, les claquements de porte, les discussions ou la télé un peu trop forte chez le voisin.

Hôtel vieillissant très peu agréable

Hôtel vieillissant. De la moisissure visible au plafond de la chambre, une taille de chambre très minimaliste et la télé est aussi petite que l’écran d’un ordinateur portable. Les chauffages sont des grilles pain. Ça suffit en soi pour une nuit dans le cadre d’un déplacement pro, mais le tarif en vigueur est trop élevé, préférez un ibis style pour une somme similaire la prestation est bien meilleure.
