“Habitación limpia, espaciosa y bien equipada”

“We missed out connecting flight had to arrive 2 days late. We tried to get in touch with the hotel, to ask them to reschedule. It was very difficult to connect with them due to a language barrier. They ended up charging us for the nights we couldn’t stay. While I understand they have a strict cancellation policy, we were looking for empathy and flexibility. I wouldn’t recommend booking this hotel.”

“예상보다 아구아스깔리엔떼스에 일찍 도착해서 오후 1시즘에 체크인을 했는데 방이 있다고 해서 편하게 있을 수 있었습니다. 지난 번에는 저렴한 가격이라 이비스 버짓 호텔 아구아스깔리엔테스에 묵었었는데 오후 2시에 체크인을 하려하니 3시 이전에 방키를 받으려면 요금을 내야된다 하길래 굉장히 웃기다고 생각했었는데 피에스타 아메리카나 호텔은 굉장히 서비스도 좋았고 고급스러움에 위치도 좋아서 너무 만족스러웠습니다.”

“The location is great. However, the hotel is pretty outdated. Cleaning staff is wonderful while the front desk is often clueless. I’d probably wouldn’t stay here again unless it is renovated and the management staff is better trained in hospitality.”
