As far as the stay went, it was OK. The town is quite rundown. Not really a walkable area not really anything to eat close by the room was clean the hotel staff was friendly. The batting was a little bit outdated a little bit worn out the Wi-Fi worked great in the rooms.

O hotel é confortável e o atendimento foi excelente. Só deixo a sugestão com relação ao ajuste da temperatura do chuveiro. Fomos num dia bem frio e ao ligar na posição que estava a água estava absurdamente quente, não havia qualquer indicativo de qual do lados/ chaves era quente ou frio, então acaba-se desperdiçando muita água até conseguir. Adesivos indicativos facilmente sanariam a questão

Os funcionários são simpáticos e atenciosos, à exceção de um único funcionário que não sorri e limita-se apenas a responder o que lhe é perguntado, apesar disso, foi sempre muito educado conosco. De qualquer maneira, isso não prejudicou minha impressão sobre o local. Hotel pequeno mas extremamente limpo e organizado, café da manhã dentro do esperado, com frutas, bolos, pães, sucos, etc. Parece-me ser um hotel mais corporativo, de rápida passagem, para quem vai com família não sei se é a melhor opção. Sentimos falta de uma piscina. O estacionamento tem muitas vagas cobertas, a localização é boa e no geral, a experiência foi positiva!

Um hotel "médio", considerando Custo X Benefício

É um hotel com avaliação "média". Não sei o porquê de ter sido atribuído "excepcional" por alguém. É um pouquinho mais em conta que outros de excelente qualidade (como o Gales Hotel, por exemplo) mas não tem a mesma infra-estrutura. Pelo custo X benefício, eu diria que é "bom" ou "uma alternativa"; jamais excepcional !!!
