Check-in went very smoothly when the super friendly desk staff escorted us to the parking garage and then to our clean and beautifully decorated room. We had just spent a few days in Lisbon where staff were so friendly and helpful in contrast to Pestana Vintage were staff were not very friendly or helpful. "Great place, slightly far from Porto district but the free shuttle provided by the hotel to & back compensates for that. Close to beach, loved the boardwalk to the beach. Both indoor and outdoor pool options. Great breakfast spread, Electric car charging on the property. All in all a great place to stay!! "
