"I couldn’t even bare to stay more than 5 minutes in the room. The hallway looked like something out of a horror movie. Disgustingly dirty and outdated carpet, lights at the end of the hallway that weren’t working. The room looked like something from an old episode of Criminal Minds SVU. I checked out. I was OFFERED a complete refund by the front desk supervisor before i could even ask. I was told i had to go through my third party but they usually refer to the front desks decision. Then Expedia...

"Disappointed that the beach Club area closes at 6 pm. The infinity pool is located there and has no lifeguard on duty so would have been nice to take a dip - also the lap pool was down (traveling with college swimmers and wanting a am workout) - one reason we chose the Palmetto. Limited food menu. Pool bar closed early 6 ish. Super clean and massive well equipped fitness room."
