"The hotel lobby smelled AMAZING when we walked in. It wasn't overpowering (eg. like the Luxor in Vegas)...but there was a very subtle, appealing scent. I also found the front desk staff to be exceptionally kind and helpful. We will definitely stay there again! :)"

"While in Toronto, my original stay was booked at the Don Valley Hotel which was so inaccessible that I transferred to the Yorkville Royal Sonesta. The Royal Sonesta was superior in every way. Most importantly, I had very few issues with accessibility due to my disabilities. There were a few small things, but the staff was immediately attentive and eager to find a solution. They also reported the issue for further improvement."
