"I had to wait at the front desk for nearly 30 minutes to check in. The front desk employee tried to contact the manager several times but didn’t get a response. Eventually, he decided to check me in himself, which I appreciated. The parking situation is also inconvenient. Be aware that parking costs an additional $20 per night. 😁"

"Room was clean. Liquid soap, shampoo and body wash (Dial brand) were either not filled or were plugged and did not dispense liquid. Air conditioning was very loud. At night, when it came on it sounded like a motorcycle starting up. Glenwood Springs is having record heat but I turned off the AC and suffered the heat rather than be startled away with the noisy AC. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Best offering from an otherwise mediocre experience. I stayed at this...

"This place is the best for families! So many things to do right at the hotel!! We played pickleball, swam in the pool, played corn-hole, frisbee golf, used the laundry facilities, used the game room, ate delicious free breakfast in the hotel lobby every morning, walked everywhere because it was so close to the theme park and hot springs and downtown, and rode the train there! Fantastic staff and even a friendly bear strolled through the area one night! Very pretty grounds are well...
