"+Staff were friendly and were able to prepare the room sooner than the check in time. +Room’s spacious (Queen Room for 2 people) and had a good range of amenities (body wash, shampoo, coffee machine, bottled water, iron and safe) +Good night sleep - Room was dusty all over. - noise transfer from balcony door was very loud like the door seal wasn’t working. On a busy main road so a lot of noise from cars. Overall, a good stay for the money. 10min walk to the city centre of Palma. A lot of restaurants in the area if you didn’t want to walk too far "

"Nice enough hotel, a bit vanilla. Everything is ok but nothing about the hotel feels four star. A good three star. Double room was very small, no side unit on one side & not blackout as described. Gym is decent but opens too late in the morning. Well located for the main city & ideal for the theatre."
