Service okay but at times requests weren’t acted upon and going that extra mile as expected of a 5 star hotel. "We had a really lovely stay. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a sea view junior suite, which was very spacious with a gorgeous view of the beach and sea. The room was very quiet and clean. The beach is lovely to swim, and the food in the Taverna and Buffet (breakfast and dinner) are fabulous. We were also treated to a commentary bottle of wine and a fruit plate that were left in our room on our last evening. Our only issue was with the gym - the hours are 10-7pm… not ideal if you want...

"Hotel is in a good condition. Rooms are very clean. Coffee for breakfast is terrible. It is shame to put instant coffee machine in this kind of hotel. Usually there is a queue in front of coffee machine in the hotels but in this hotel nobody take that coffee in the morning. They push guests to pay for coffee in the bar. Nikiti in general looks terrible. Dirty and chaotic with very bad streets."

There was also some confusion with the bill and again no real apology for the error they had made. Overall though we had a fantastic family holiday"
