"I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The customer service was by far the worst part of the experience. The front desk staff was rude, unhelpful, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience instead of paying guests. The room was not clean. It was obvious that housekeeping did not do a thorough job before we checked in, which made our stay very uncomfortable. What really shocked me was the towel policy. Pool was closed both days, which was very disappointing since that was the reason we booked here. Upon arrival I couldn’t find a desk clerk, so we left and came back 30 minutes later .
