"This hotel is located in a very peaceful location, away from the downtown shops and market. The taktsang monastery is visible from the hotel, the hotel is surrounded by hills and beautiful scenery. I really enjoyed my stay here."
"We only stayed for one night, the lodge was newly renovated, very beautiful, but the facilities were incomplete. The room was cold and no hairdryer, but the manager told me that they were working on it. The manager from India was excellent, so was the staff. She woke up early to bid farewell and helped me with luggage, which I appreciated. "
"The stay was so amazing, connected to nature.calm and serene. Listening to sound and enjoying the beauty of of river Pachu flowing near by, Paddy fields, mountains and valleys.
Extremely helpful staff , owner of resort and his wife . Very clean and sustainable, nature friendly resort. Ideal get away for a nature lover."
"Good location. But when it rains, outside the hotel kind of stinks.
Hotel itself, if very clean, rooms are spacious and have all required things. Beds are great, washrooms and bedrooms are super clean and have great attention to detail.
Staff is fantastic. If you need something, it's just a call away and they respond right away.
The massage center is absolutely fantastic. Great way to relax "
"Everything in the hotel was excellent. Got personalised hospitality experience from the owner of the property. Every need was taken care of and flexibility in timings for meals was greatly appreciated. No shortcomings in services at all. Never felt we were staying in a commercial hotel, felt as if we were staying at our own home. Will definitely stay here whenever we visit again and strongly recommend to all friends."
"We booked this hotel for one night, from april 10th to april 11th 2025, which happened to be the last day of our bhutan trip. The online pics looks great and we thought we would treat ourselves. We made the reservation using hotels.com and pre-paid online. When we showed up to check in around 4:30pm, the front desk person said that he did not have our names on the check in list. We were shocked and asked him to recheck. Even showed him the confirmation email from hotels.com as well as through the...
"Beautiful luxury camper, the room is super clean and comfortable bed, everything looks new and staff is amazing. Food is excellent and affordable price . I wish I could stay longer but my time in Bhutan is limited due to tourism fees. Highly recommended for this hotel . "
"A unique setting in the mountains with wonderful views. The deluxe rooms offered a lot of privacy. Excellent service. Since the resort is out of town, the best place for dinners is at their expensive hotel restaurant."
"Lovely small hotel. The staff are so so attentive and really made sure every comfort was met. I enjoyed learning about Bhutan (culture, history, current affairs) just from long chats with them while waiting for dinner. The food was also really good."
"Thought it would be noisy being at the Paro Main City but I was surprised with a very peaceful stay with a view of Paro Dzong on one side and Paddy Field view at other Side.
Staff were so clam and fullfilled our every demand. Service was very flexible. Realy had a great stay.

We were shocked and asked him to recheck. Even showed him the confirmation email from hotels.com as well as through the app.He called the manager, who gave us sketchy vibes. The manager said the following in the sequence below :1. First he said that they had no reservation from us.2. Then he said, they always have this problem with hotels.com.3. Next he said, their policy is full pre-payment and they had received our reservation from hotels.com and had reached out to them for the payment. However they had not heard back from hotels.com and therefore could not honor the reservation and therefore gave up our room to someone else.. what?!?!So as he was making up these stories, we figured out that they had acted in an unethical manner and given up our room to someone else so that they could get money immediately. We rushed to find another hotel for the night, which was tough since the paro festival was going on. The kind folks at Nirvana inn helped out and we had a place to stay for the night. So beware of these fraudsters and avoid them all costs!"
