"First the rooms were filthy. We got 2. Sheets had yellow stains on them and the beds were hard as boards. The curtains had what looked liked snot on them. The website showed hot breakfast buffet but it was just cereal and cold danishes."

"Smoke free room reeked of smoke. We left after 15 mins of being there because of the smell. Asked for a refund and was denied even though we could show that we rented another hotel for that night because we could not stay there. Also, the area is not great. Did not feel very safe."
