Can’t complain, the only hotel I stay at when coming to Kern and that’s a yearly must for me. Been coming to kern since i was 3yr old, I’m 34 now bringing my kid over lol

We showed up for our anniversary only to find no one on premises. could not reach anyone for days in advance. amenities and rooms were very subpar and did not at all live up to what is advertised. Had to change locations as there is no staff or guests anywhere on property.
