Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Horrible, ils nous ont simplement oublié! On nous a contacté 24h avant pour nous demander à quelle heure on arriverait pour organiser notre arrivée, et quand on est arrivés à l heure indiquée, il n’y avait personne pas de message sur watts app comme convenu, impossible pour nous de rentrer, donc à 4h du matin on cherchait un hôtel avec nos enfants quand quelqu’un a finalement répondu nous donnant l accès à l appartement…1h plus problème de plomberie dans une des chambres, le lendemain ils sont venu arrêter la fuite d eau et on nous a demandé d utiliser l’autre salle de bain, le dernier jour j ai écrit pour le checkout et jamais eu de réponse ni d’excuses pour les désagréments durant cette semaine.
