Amazing staff, modern property, clean and comfortable rooms (with kitchenette & washing machine). Area is live and walkable and full of great dining options. Hotel has a private beach with towel service. Free parking for hotel guests. Nearby grocery store. The only downside is that the are are gets extremely busy specially during the weekends.

Comfortable room, very friendly staff nothing too much trouble. Parking easy and spacious and beach and pool very nice with towels available at both, great location for walking along west beach and to the nakheel mall, plenty of choice for shops and restaurants nearby

Breakfast buffet was among the best I’ve enjoyed. Staff were pleasant and eager to please. Would not recommend the tour bus due to the lack of a/c, poor audio, and delays.

Staff is amazing. Property is clean and walking distance from the beach, restaurants, and the supermarkets. I'm giving 4 stars because i wasn't impressed with the food or the service from the property restaurant.

The good: - My room was upgraded from one bed apt to one with a balcony - Most of the staff were courteous and had a smile on their faces. They were all helpful when approached. - Room was spacious and clean. Though the carpets could have done with a deeper clean. - Breakfast buffet had good options - I am fine with repeatations here so ymmv - I went for half board (as got a really nice deal) and lunch (though fixed menu) was really good. - Beach was really nice and well served by the staff The bad: - Pool was a bit small but the beach is a good alternative - Room missed a dishwasher - though the house maintenance staff cleaned the occational stray cup left in the sink - The hotel in not ON the beach - it's behind the Radisson resort - though it took 5 mins to walk to the beach - The dinner buffet options were uninspiring - Loud road contruction noise woke me up in the morning even though I was on a high floor and the windows were shut (unfortunately out of hotel's controls) - Friday evenings the traffic is really bad with cars heading to west beach - leading to impassionate honking till around 2-3AM (again out of hotel's control the fix) Overall good for the price paid - and can imagine will be excellent for families with kids.

The reception was wonderful in greeting as we arrived. The check in was very quick and efficient. The welcome punch was very nice touch Every request was promptly attended to and the staff was always smiling and helpful We had a beautiful room with everything that was needed. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day and the beach was a perfect place to relax for the day I would absolutely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay

Fantastic location and fantastic hotel to enjoy The Palm lifestyle. As long as you dont want to go anywhere on Thur, Fri and Sat night, it's good, as the area is VERY busy. So busy that they block the access road and road into hotel on Fri and Sat night. After taking over an hour to get to hotel access road, was told by police to "park down the road fora. few hours". At 2am, i had to walk 1 km from carpark to hotel and pay $100 the enxt day to get it out.
