Great place to stay for all purposes. I was here by myself and with family. Marina is near by the walk to the restaurants, shops and beaches. Sweeming pool with great view. And if tou get high floor to the octuon you will enjoy the view.

The location looks to be out of the main areas, however it's quiet and the Tram is so accessible from outside the hotel into the Marina area, Metro and even the Palm Monorail easily within walking distance. Second time I have stayed and would again for sure.

Super nice hotel. Very close to Marina and Jumeirah Palm. Just in front of the hotel there's a tram stop. The room is huge and very comfortable. The breakfast is great. Everything perfect

Great location but very noisey

Great location, superb breakfast and very good facilities Unfortunately directly beside the hotel they are building another hotel so from 5am to 10pm it’s incredibly loud even with the balcony door shut.

Very nice stay for the new year, comfortable and clean, staff where attentive with a smile. convenient for the local transport. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family for sure the Arjaan by Rotana (Media City)

The property is good. Great service and staff. The breakfast buffet was very nice and worth it. The hotel’s restaurant was closed for the evenings and there is a lack of restaurant choices around the property. The location is away from downtown and very poor public transport around the hotel area to the main city. We had to depend on taxis every time. Hotels pool is nice and they offer free shuttle service to a public beach

Fine for a very short stay

Hotel was fine, clean and comfortable but quite dated. Reception staff weren't very helpful. The building work next door was the main thing though - carried on all night - without ear plugs I definitely wouldn't have slept.

Excellent modern, clean lobby and breakfast area. Stayed in a 2 bedroom flat with family. The rooms are large, clean and offer plenty of space. They are however dated and in need of modernisation. There’s a busy road adjacent to the hotel which, unfortunately proved to be noisy with loud sports cars late night.

‏Truly the MOST AMAZING experience I’ve had in Dubai so far ‏The customer service is SUPERB and beyond this world. Amr is so kind professional loving and highly intelligent. He showed me the true generosity of Dubai with my WONDERFUL upgrade to huge apartment with a private pool. ‏I love Ranim who is sweet and kind ‏I also love my experience at the breakfast buffet with Reeta and Boss Kaza ‏The food is super delicious and the staff are simply among the best in Dubai
