"Everything - room, food and most of all the level of excellence in the staff. This Shangrila takes the Expedia VIP program to heart. I was provided with incredible perks. Instead of a room upgrade (because my room was amazing already), I was able to get Horizon Lounge access instead. The lounge experience here is 5 stars. Amazing breakfast, afternoon tea/snacks and evening cocktails. The Lounge staff about the best I’ve ever encountered. Such a great stay overall. Location is also excellent for anyone doing business in DIFC or near Burj / Business Bay. Well done, Shangrila! "
