The reservation was for 3 people but the room was small and Mansoor helped upgrade us to a suite with no extra charge. He went out of his way to accommodate us and we are very thankful to him. He was amazing. So was the rest of the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful.

The hospitality was outstanding. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, the cafe and the rooftop bar. The location and close proximity to everything, including the metro, Mall of the Emirates, etc., was perfect. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, attentive and welcoming. It was located walking distance from the Emirates mall and other shops/restaurants. Amazing stay

It was a fabulous experience. The pool was great for the morning and so was the gym. Never got to use the spa while I was there. Staff were amazing. Had breakfast there every morning as well, and the food was amazing. Had room service twice and that was amazing too. Overall the stay was very enjoyed and it was an amazing stay

Good Business Hotel

Good business stay. Clean, tidy and in a good area for my needs. Have used previously and will use again if I need to stay in Al Barsha. Wifi was good which allowed good communications whilst there.

Convenient and comfortable

Hotel is comfortable and clean. Good selection at breakfast. Hotel is also within walking distance from Emirates Mall and metro although this can be challenging when the weather gets very hot outside. Many eateries around the hotel that stay open late into the night and early morning.
