Very filthy , insects inside the rooms . AC is terrible , receiption is awful , I arrived at evening 5pm and the recieption told me they don’t have the booked room , then they asked me to wait for 2 hours , then they gave me a room - one of their best as per the receptionist. The room was full of cockroaches, I checked out immediately Don’t ruin your trip by choosing this hotel

Customer service lacks. Night shift representative doesn’t care about customers. Simple tasks (providing room key) was not given to me at my check in. I had to go several time to the check in counter and representative kept saying that he was busy in a rude tone and he will send it to my room. Rest assured it wasn’t provided and I slept with door unlocked. room key wasn’t given to me until a day later where I had to find a maintenance guy and waited 1 hour to just get the room key. Pathetic

Evening staff ruined my stay

This was a very special day for me, its sad to say it had being ruined by the lady at the front desk in the evening of 2/10/18 (name being Mrs. Sofia or Shoba). She had treated me very rudely, this wasn't the service I was expecting , after paying extra for early check-in at 12:pm, I was satisfied by the morning shift , but the lady at the front desk placed for evening shift was horrible , she had no absolute sense of respect towards customers, she had acted very rudely, and recated very bad over slight misunderstanding, she threatened to call the police and also threatened to kick me out of the hotel, after talking to her face to face she was still rude , she had kept arguing with me and asking questions that were non of her business. Have been to many hotels , but this is a first time in Dubai , that the staff has ruined my evening and my stay , due to slight misunderstandings. If you come for comfort over here , I strongly suggest to pick another place

Worst hotel-apartment in Al Barsha

It took us more than 30 minutes to check-in while we were the only guest and the time we checked in was late evening, 10pm. Their receptionist is also their bell boy. He even asked us for extra pay for our guest but said they could not provide an extra bed. So basically, you are paying extra and you get nothing! The room was fusty. Washrooms are filthy. Water pressure in the shower was little to none. Towels doesnt look and smell fresh. Comforters were dusty. Curtains are smelly and stained. So as carpet rugs. The garbage bin in the kitchen was full of rubbish when we arrived. Knives were dull. Ladles were plastic and burnt. Do not expect anything good in this hotel. I will never check in here, ever again. Not worth your money and you will not enjoy your stay. See the actual photos taken during our stay.

amazing hotel. they upgraded my studio room to 1 bed room suite. house keeping cleanliness and parking is easily available. location is very good as situated on main shk zayed road, very near to MOE and Jumeirah beach area

This place is ONLY good if you consider yourself in a rented apartment. You pretty much have to manage cleaning. Zero facilities, no dinning venues, no room service , no house keeping (on demand and available on specific days) with 1-2 staff only available at any particular time. The room was dirty with dust everywhere and filthy under the couch s and sofa.

If you want to get Conned and sleep with bugs

This Hotel apartment is conning people and its sad to learn that Hotels.com is not able to handle the matter more seriously, I am an active user of Hotels.com and after 3 months of using them, I am considering others booking portals, for them to allow a Hotel to get away with showing its a 4 star Hotel apartment and then not giving a full refund because of the deal rate one gets is quite unprofessional, I was just a victim, I booked 9 nights, and after the 2nd night I was disgusted to stay another minute in that cockroaches invested place, I have already raised the matter with Dubai Tourism and Dubai Municipality, Its even a negative image towards Dubais high standards it offers.

The facility is serviced by literally 2-3 people at best half of the time they are not reachable. 1 reception desk employee is there and can’t do much. House keeping is only available on demand and requires a booking hours ahead or for the next day. Room was handed over with a layer of dust everywhere and dead flies. On questionaing all this I was told it’s an apartment hotel and it’s not a hotel! The place doesn’t serve any meals or room service and the restaurant down stairs is closed. It’s also pitch dark everywhere even the basement parking. Only good for a long stay if you are in a state of mind that it’s an apartment you are renting and not staying in a hotel and so manage your own cleaning. The 1 bedroom apartment is big. 2 TVs (nothing there to watch really- half the channels are Indian) dinning table full kitchenette with oven cooker, micro wave rooster and washing machine. Have to add the couching on the couch has broken zippers.

They stopped cleaning the room!!

This is my second review for this hotel. My first review raved about how great it was. Spacious and surprisingly nice for the low price of only $31 usd per night. However, this time, I have stayed here for a month and they stopped cleaning the room a week ago. I have been asking every day for the past four days for them to clean the room, the sheets, the towels, etc. I leave for work at 8am, I come back at 5:30-6pm. Each day, I remind them the room isn't clean. They then say they'll do it 'right now'.... at 6:30pm when I have just come back from work. So now, I have to go out while they clean. Not happening. It's over 100 degrees outside and I've been working all day. It's really bad service. There is no reason this couldn't be done in the daytime as it has been for my entire stay until this last week. The front desk does nothing to fix the problem. I guess because I paid in full so they're going to get paid anyway. But this is the last time I'll stay here.

الاقامة لم تكن رائعة او حتى مقبولة ,لعدم الاستقبال الجيد, وعدم حرية اختيار الشقة على الرغم من وجود شقق فارغة, علاوة على عدم نظافة الشقة وكثرة الذباب و الحشرات,والغرفة الثانية فى الشقة عبارة عن مطبخ تم تجهيزه كغرفة نوم خلاصة القول اقامة غير مريحة بالمرة
