Terrible stay, worst service and staff ever, absolutely not customer oriented. Manager who does not care about customers’ problems or any of their inquiries. Only the rooftop restaurant staff was very nice and caring. Never again.

This location is excellent as it’s central and easily accessible with taxi/ uber / Careem The hotel was well maintained and the staff were exceptional Joyce was always very accommodating and helpful with my kids The rooms accommodate max 3 people but it was a convenient location for us to get to Dubai mall/ mercato/ popular restaurants etc and it wasn’t too busy like downtown Dubai Staying at the hotel allows you access to the Dubai Marine club beach and pools which the kids enjoyed

The biggest advantages are the services, location (on the artificial island with private access to the beach), and dining options within and nearby. The disadvantage is the noise at night due to the nearby nightclub—however, it is probably a 'pro' for the younger generation.

New hotel new staff new condition so will need to mature to see how this place will stand out. Great location apart from noise from Marina parties. Valet made mistake with tickets but politely resolved. Would stay again

Excellent stay

The (brand new) hotel is conveniently located, far from the bustling sheikh Zayed road, that can be reached by a 10 minute drive. The nice "La mer" beach is just across the street. The view of the skyline from the 5th floor is fantastic. The G floor restaurant is ok but overpriced. Numerous good restaurants are available 10 minutes away on foot. A special thanks to Miss Nadia for the quick, efficent and warm support.

It's a brand new hotel and most of the amenities are top notch. I think they've used some cheap solutions though -- the noise cancelation isn't great, and the towel rack in the bathroom fell down during my stay. La Mer is a pretty uninspiring neighborhood, you'll get tired of the beach very quickly. Thankfully taxis in Dubai are cheap. The breakfast was incredible, but also very very pricey.

Wonderful!!

Overall our stay at Hyatt Centric was wonderful, it started off a bit bumpy but the hotel made it up for that by apologizing since it wasn't our fault when we booked. Lilly was great. I was a bit hesitant because there's no buffet since we had kids. The A La Carte menu is very good, delicious, fresh food and our waiter Dua was great, greet us and even gave my 5 year a cinnamon pecan cake. The room were very clean and room service available twice a day. I would definitely be coming back to Hyatt!!
