I went with my daughter to spend time together, we got a beautiful, modern, spacious room with an amazing view to the Burj Khalifa building and the fountain where we were able to watch the show every time it started. The staff was so lind and warm, always happy to help and gice you the best experience, making us feel very pleased and comfortable like home and valuable guests. Thank you!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at the RAMADA. It is in an excellent location and our 2bedroom suite had a fantastic view of the Burj and the Fountains, so great looking at these when we were IN. I was very happy that I got also an slightly earlier check IN that was really important after a red eye flight from Dublin.

We checked in at 2am after a long day travelling and received an excellent welcome and service. It was our first ever visit to Dubai and we were treated to a free upgrade from a studio room to a 23rd floor one bedroom apartment, with a balcony overlooking Dubai fountains. The room had been newly refurbished and had fabulous space and amenities. Full kitchen with cooking facilities, washing machine and full size fridge freezer to keep our drinks icy cold. On our first night we ordered room service, and ate whilst watching the fountain show. Room service menu was reasonably priced and portions were plentiful. We enjoyed breakfast, with lots of options available. The pool was a welcome amenity to cool off in the afternoons and had safety gates to keep children safe, and there is also lifeguard supervision. Staff in the hotel foyer were very helpful with directions and helping with excursion tickets, transport etc. There is a free shuttle to beach etc, which we didn’t use as we only had 2 full days and chose to stay nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in downtown Dubai and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Excelente custo benefício, quarto amplo, novo, café da manhã com boas opções de frutas, pães e pequeno almoço. O hotel é bem central, a 10min de caminhada ao burj khalifa, onde está localizado o maior shoping da cidade.

Amazing!! My friend recommended this hotel and we were incredibly grateful, knowing nothing about Dubai. The location cannot be beat. Dubai Mall is behind hotel, the famous fountain show from your hotel window. Very safe location. Beautiful street in from with lit up palm trees in the evening. The staff were incredibly accommodating.
