"Overall nice hotel but considering it’s a 4 star hotel the walls were paper thin. There’s one chair in each room and our next door neighbors decided to constantly scratch the floor by moving the chair at night. Maybe add soft cushions to the bottom of the legs and something to dampen the noise of the doors slamming. My boyfriend and I barely slept one night because of the constant door slamming and chair moving noises at night."

"Perfect location to access bus lines and restaurants, all within walking distance. Access to the Adriatic was right in front of the hotel. The hotel pool has ample lounge chairs seating which included towels and access to the bar. The daily breakfast got us started every morning so we could start our in a timely manner. One note of caution, access to the shower/bathtub in our room could be challenging for people with limited hip mobility or unsteady gait due to the height of the tub. Aside from that, could not ask for anything else."

We arrived late to the hotel and they had already streamlined the check-in process so our wait time was minimal. The staff was attentive and helpful. The food is exceptional and the facilities are beautiful. If you are looking for a hotel in Dubrovnik, Hotel Sumratin is perfect!"
