"What an outstanding experience we had! My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty by the staff. We were greeted with a complimentary glass of bubbly. My husband wasn’t feeling well the day we arrived and all the staff went out of their way to help him feel better, including picking us up from the ferry port and bringing up complimentary food and juice to our room for him. "What a fine hotel this is! I had high hopes but it still exceeded expectations. Private Transfer is definitely worth it if your time is limited. Food is pricier than city but quality is superb and the breakfast is perfect. What really makes the hotel is the staff. Extremely good at making you relaxed and feeling welcomed.
