"the staff were friendly and the room was good. i did feel that for the price for the room, paddle boards should be free to use and maybe they can have a few more available. also, same with the bikes. offering some complimentary evening snack or something would also be good. four star places include breakfast or these type of things to make it an elevated experience beyond just a hotel in a good location. the sauna was nice and the outdoor small pool was closed when we wanted to use it. also more...

"We loved the location. We love the public beach in Talloires, and is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Our room had a great view of the lake and a small private balcony. The hotel pool was absolutely lovely with a terrific view of the mountains. Friendly staff, definitely hope to return here again."

"I chose the Hôtel Les Grillons based on nothing more than a quick web search and ratings. Always risky but it seemed like a good bet. I couldn't have been happier. The room was very nice, the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful and the food?!!! Wow, reason enough to stay there. I can't wait to go back again and soon."

"It's a little drive away from Annecy town. To do the journey by bus, you need to catch the number 3 then change to the number 12 at La Chapelle. The hotel itself is clean, check-in was easy, breakfast wasn't fancy but perfectly fine. My only downside is that it was very very hot while I was there and there was no drinking water available. There is one vending machine in the lobby and water was always sold out. I think the hotel could benefit from a couple of water coolers in the lobby or in...
