Rooms are spacious, had a mini fridge on the 19 floor, we had a good view of the sphere. Horseshoe hotel doesn’t have many dining/shopping to do, it’s very small, but it connects with Paris where you can find shops and restaurants. We played at the casino for at least 30-45 min. each time and never got a complimentary drink, only one server for the whole floor, so if you play don’t expect complimentary drinks. Tip: if you don’t want to spend $8 at the hotel for an americano coffee, bring single coffee packets and pay $1 for hot water. There’s a CVS right on the strip by the property where you can get all the essentials.

I think price was expensive for the room, there was no hot water the first day, we realize until the second day that opening the hot water on the bathtub allows to have hot water in the shower, both had to remain open thought

Rooms need to be more carefully cleaned. I was putting my clothes away, opened the drawer and found actual trash (pizza box, empty beer bottles, etc) in the drawer. Makes me wonder if the other areas in the room were cleaned with such little care. Also, my room was suppose to have a “Mountain View”, however my view include the back of a building wall, not a mountain. The location is what saved this rating from being a 2, location is perfect and mostly walkable to most restaurants and shopping.

The property was very clean and a good value option for those looking for a more upscale experience. The layout takes some getting used to and while it seems no expense was spared, the overall feeling is a bit sterile and lacks some of the Vegas soul that other places like, Wynn/Encore, Venetian and others have. There is also a lack of early morning and late night dining options. It was hard to find anything open before 6am and after 10pm, including the gift shop, which is hidden away from everything else, almost as if on purpose.
