Lovely lodge, terrible service
After booking to property I tried to get in contact with the owner several times to request a later check out time due to being a stage show cast that didn't need to be at the theatre in Arbroath till 5pm the following day. I had no response whatever from them and by the time I managed to get them on the phone they said this wasn't possible, we would have paid extra for this. So we had the property for less than 12 hours and after the amount that we spent on it we think it's ridiculous. We were also told upon check in that check out was an hour earlier than the confirmation email had said. The property itself was beautiful but we feel completely ripped off by the way we were treated.
