"During our 7-night stay, housekeeping was only done once. And that was after making more than 10 phone calls. The floor was covered with hair and dust. Since they didn’t clean the room, I at least asked for water and towels, but they didn’t even provide that.
This is unimaginable service for a hotel that charges 1 million KRW per night. I booked this hotel for my daughter’s school admission, but it turned out to be the worst hotel experience of my life.
