It should be a simple step by step process but it is not clearly described and things change. I was expecting emails as described but got expedia messages, whatsapp messages and emails. Also it was a very cold time of year and the apartment is well heated but we could not lower the temperature in order to sleep. The thermostat was turned down to 16° but room temp stayed at 22.5°."
