"The property was spacious, easy access to places in Dunedin and a parking spot, but there is quite a bit of maintainance in the unit (15) required. The toilet, shower , bathroom , kitchen area need updating as really let the unit down and it wasn't that cheap to stay in. There was 1 flashing bulb ..."
