The staff was excellent!!! They were helpful and friendly. Hotel is just a hotel. Nothing special except that they do keep it well maintained. The open drug use is scary. Lots of homeless people using drugs. Needless to say, we won’t come back to Seattle. It’s not confined to this area. It was everywhere we went in Seattle.

The only thing about the hotel is the location. Everything else is just ok. Rooms are fairly clean, but the property can use a bit of an upgrade.
