The staff has been very friendly next morning, changed us into a room at 3rd floor… same problem because there was an aircon installed straight outside of the window. So we changed again in a room at 6th floor. In the end we had a quite room but lost nearly a full day of our stay. In addition the restaurant staff obviously was not used to manage a fully booked restaurant on...
