“Booked overnight stay as sailing from Southampton the next day. Lovely place, well equipped, clean and great situation. We got the train to Romsey and walked from the station, a nice flat walk, took about 20 minutes with our luggage. Breakfast was delicious, a great start to the day.
Graeme the owner was extremely accommodating and helpful, arranged transport into Southampton on the Saturday morning. Found a spare travel plug for us when we realised we had forgotten ours.

“The location was walkable to everything in the charming town of Southampton. We stayed a couple nights before getting on a cruise ship. I recommend it! The room was very small but the location was very walkable to restaurants and around the block to Notre Dame Cathedral. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly! A+++

Poor quality fittings and fixtures vey well used. No soap, shower door didn’t close, toilet on some kind of strange plinth. Laminate falling to bits. No Freeview or terrestrial tv, streaming only but WiFi is so bad it doesn’t work at peak times 2 mattresses on bed bottom one very grubby
