Lovely hotel in the Old Town of Dusseldorf. All amenities (shops, bars, restaurants, etc) within a minutes walk. Only criticism would be the temperature of the room. Even though we’d set the temperature to high to warm the room up, the room was still cold. Apart from that, would recommend and would go back

Beautiful historic hotel, very grand with paintings of historic figures down all the corridors. Staff were efficient, room was spotless and felt very premium. Excellent nights sleep both days. Free beer and water in mini fridge a fabulous added bonus!

This hotel is a piece of part itself, in addition to being a museum with all walls covered in art. Staff were nice and breakfast was delicious. Then, the location is great, close but not too much from all the action and noise in the old town.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location.

My wife and I stayed for two nights at the Medici Hotel in September 2025 (Executive double apartment). We absolutely loved the apt and the hotel. The suite was spacious, very modern and had a huge full bathroom, plus a guest toilet. The hotel itself is incredibly beautiful and luxurious, and all the hotel personnel were very professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel is also perfectly located in the old city. This is the only place we will stay from now on when we visit Dusseldorf.
