โDependable staff. Left valuables in the room and nothing went missing :)
Room was cleaned everyday. Everyone was polite and place was quiet. 24hr security and lots of dining in the area. Highly recommend. Will stay again. Did not use the pool but it looked clean. โ
โWow talk about Filipino hospitality and this Westin shows it. Very friendly staff, all smiles. Convenient and walkable location to upscale shopping to shangri-la and the huge SM Megamall. All walking distance to restaurants and shopping.
The Hotel itself has a selection of restaurants from common breakfast or a fancy rooftop dinner. I will honestly stay again.โ
โIt's amazing! Only walking distance from MRT Shaw Station. Just google map the exact street. You need to turn an extra left to see Mariveles Street.
The hostel is a good quiet place to sleep. Clean and well-maintained.
Shared bathrooms are good too. They provide toiletries like (Towels, Shampoo, Shower Gel and Conditioner)
Free breakfast in the morning. Just a simple breakfast like (Bread or you can toast it on the oven, coffee, water and Sandwich spread of your choice)

โI was very happy with my stay. It's in the center of the city, so there's not much of a view, but it was friendly, clean, and safe. The room was very nice, and the buffet breakfast was good. They kept my bags for me when I checked out, which was very nice, and when I left, they brought my car to the front door with Grab. I would stay at Novotel again anywhere in the world. โ
