"Booked this stay for a concert at the 3arena. It’s a Beautiful hotel, the staff on arrival were friendly and ready to assist with any enquiries! I was upgraded to a family suite with balcony! The rooms were very clean, spacious and had great amenities…. two televisions, Bluetooth speaker, water, kettle, coffee machine, bath and separate shower, slippers and bathrobes. Rituals toiletries. I had dinner at the restaurant which was equally as nice….the staff in there were great! I also used the spa on checkout which was lovely…there are towels and lockers provided also hairdryers and GHD straighteners which were a welcomed surprise. Overall a really pleasant stay…great staff across the whole hotel! And the Airport Express stop is on your doorstep which is great!"

"The staff and breakfast were very good. The room was unusually laid out and the beds barely fit into the space. Very moder and compact and we found that the rooms were designed to get as many people into this hotel as possible rather than designed for comfort and relaxation. Sad when the priority is obvious to sell rooms and not provide a comfortable living space. We also found many dark hairs on bedding and under the pull out sofa bed. Although the floor had been mopped, it was quite sticky and a rough flooring surface. Definitely didn't want to walk around barefoot. They use a Whatsapp number to communicate with the reception staff using an AI chat bot and that was having technical issues. It was an inconvenience when we were asking for assistance. The location was convenient to do many things in Dublin but we would probably look to stay elsewhere the next time we visit."
